COMPLIANCE & SAFETY

Facility360 > COMPLIANCE & SAFETY

Compliance Isn't a Feature. It's How We Operate.

At Facility 360, compliance and safety aren't add-ons or selling points — they're the foundation of how we recruit, train, supervise and deliver every service. Every client. Every site. Every day.

We operate within structured compliance frameworks across all eight pillars below. These aren't policies that sit in a drawer — they're actively applied, regularly audited and fully documented for every engagement we manage. For our clients, that means confidence: in the people we send to their sites, in the way we manage their services, and in the documentation we provide to support their own obligations.

Work Health & Safety

The safety of our workforce and the people on your site is our first obligation. Facility 360 operates in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act and applicable state regulations across all service lines. This includes site-specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), pre-start safety briefings, PPE requirements, risk assessments and a structured process for identifying and addressing hazards before they become incidents. Our supervisors hold current WHS awareness and all field personnel are inducted to both Facility 360 standards and your site's specific requirements.

Quality Management

Consistent, measurable service delivery is central to the Facility 360 model. Our quality management approach includes defined service standards for every service line, supervisor checklists, client sign-off processes and performance monitoring across all active contracts. We don't rely on assumption — we build quality assurance into the way each service is planned, executed and reviewed. Service records and quality documentation are maintained and available to clients as required.

Environmental Responsibility

Facility 360 takes its environmental obligations seriously across all service lines. In our cleaning operations, we select chemicals and methods that meet environmental standards and minimise waste. In pest control, we apply treatments in accordance with label requirements and environmental sensitivities. We work with clients to identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact and ensure our operations comply with all relevant environmental legislation and site-specific requirements.

Modern Slavery Awareness

Facility 360 is committed to ethical employment practices throughout our business and our supply chain. We apply due diligence in our recruitment processes to ensure that all personnel engaged by Facility 360 — directly or through sub-contractors — are employed under legitimate, transparent and lawful arrangements. Our management team maintains awareness of modern slavery risks relevant to the facility services industry and responds appropriately to any identified concerns.

Fair Work Compliance

All Facility 360 workforce engagements are managed in full accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 and applicable Modern Awards. Our people are paid correctly, provided with appropriate entitlements and engaged under lawful employment arrangements. We maintain accurate records of all workforce engagements and are fully prepared to demonstrate Fair Work compliance to clients who require this as part of their procurement or vendor management obligations.

Insurance & Licensing

Facility 360 maintains appropriate insurance coverage across all service lines, including public liability, workers compensation and any service-specific insurances applicable to the work we perform. All personnel operating in licensed service categories — including security, pest control and traffic control — hold current, valid licences under the relevant state legislation. Copies of our insurance certificates and licensing documentation are available to clients on request.

Staff Onboarding & Training

Every Facility 360 employee and contractor goes through a structured onboarding process before being deployed to a client site. This includes identity verification, reference checks, licence and qualification verification, WHS induction, company policy briefing and site-specific induction for each deployment. Ongoing training is provided across service lines to ensure that our teams remain current, confident and performing to the standard our clients expect.

Incident Reporting

Facility 360 maintains a formal incident reporting framework across all service lines and sites. All incidents — regardless of severity — are documented, reported to the relevant supervisor and escalated in accordance with WHS and client requirements. Incident reports are provided to clients promptly and retained for compliance purposes. Where incidents involve notifiable events under WHS legislation, Facility 360 manages all required notifications and documentation on behalf of the relevant engagement.

Documentation Available on Request

All Facility 360 compliance documentation — including insurance certificates, licences, WHS policies, Fair Work records and quality management frameworks — is available to clients as required for procurement, vendor registration or project-specific purposes. Our documentation is structured to support government and corporate tender requirements.
